So, what makes Keith Pegues a credible source? Chickago found out. Years ago Keith decided to jump on the health kick band-wagon, and officially became the ‘go to’ guy within his group of friends. After educating himself, through attending seminars and communicating with health professionals, he adapted a healthier way of living and even deciding to take on a vegetarian lifestyle. Along the way he discovered that juicing worked for him.
His love for photography, fashion & landscape allowed him to do a lot of traveling (all the beautiful pictures displayed at PEELED are his work). While traveling to places like Los Angeles & New York City he noticed the wonderful juice bars in these cities. After years of entertaining opening up a juice bar for Chicago, it was about 8 months ago that he felt strongly about opening his very own, with juice creations he has been developing and using himself for years. His strongly expressed passion for optimal health and juicing is proof that PEELED will continue to grow & most defiantly succeed in benefiting Chicago’s health!
