Meet Erica Diamond. A creative genius started who started her own promotions products company at the age of 24, called Unique Corporate Gifts. Just 7 years later, she sold her business to one of Canada’s largest retail chains to stay at home with her children. Restless at home 4 years later and on the fence with what she wanted to do with her life, she created her Women on the Fence blog as a hobby, which has turned into a lucrative brand and has been inspiring women on a global scale.
Mother, inspirational speaker, business woman, and a born entrepreneur, Erica does it all! With all her success, Erica says the biggest accomplishment in her life is, “being a mom!” At 35, Erica has two sons and has learned to balance family life and her business by simply, “learning the art of saying no.”
Her advice to all women is to make sure you pursue something you love. One of Erica’s mantras? ”Make your passion your paycheck”, which can be found in her up-coming book.
