Soulistic Studio & Spa’s chick, Nina Aronson, is the instructor of and helped add Belly Barre Sculpt to the variety of classes and spa services offered at Soulistic Studio & Spa. Belly Barre Sculpt is just one of Soulistic Studio & Spa’s newest classes, incorporating different forms of dance (ballet, belly dancing, etc.) to help us all get that long, lean and super sexy body! Nina’s background is overflowing with dance experience, which allows her to create fun and unique routines for Belly Barre Sculpt. Nina, and the other students in Belly Barre Sculpt, say each week is created a little differently than the week before. Say ‘good-bye’ same old boring routines.
2 light weights, an exercise ball, a wooden bar and a whole lot of your own body is all you need. Belly Barre Sculpt works your whole body (muscles you won’t know existed) and the best part is, you’ll feel like you’re out dancing with your best friends. Belly Barre Sculpt gives us the moves we need to create a long and lean body by using light weights, balance exercises and body energizing dance!
Belly Barre Sculpt was a great work-out, and I left feeling energized. With Nina and the other student’s encouragement, getting through those more challenging moves (and booty shakes) was extra rewarding! Dancers might make it look easy, but Belly Barre Sculpt proves just how hard they work to look that good.
